What this site collects
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not run advertising pixels. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, records standard server logs such as IP address, browser and pages requested, kept for a limited period for security and performance.
What you send us
When you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company and message. We use it to reply, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell it or add it to marketing lists without asking.
Client work
Data we process in the course of a project stays in your accounts and systems. Where we use AI model providers, we do so under terms that prohibit training on your data. Specific arrangements are set out in each contract.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kaikode.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
